AUD Fixed Income / Derivatives Trader recruitment
Primary Responsibilities:
• Price making, trading and risk management of A$ fixed income and derivatives products.
• Work towards target profit objectives whilst maintaining a prudent appraoch to risk management.
• Build on the existing $A franchise and provide maximum feedback to Sales/Origination/Trading, including offshore Sales/Trading
Education /or Experience:
• Previous relevant trading experience and specific knowledge and understanding of the A$ fixed income markets (minimum 5 years A$ fixed income trading experience)
• A profitable track record in this arena
• Established connectivity with aspects of the relevant investor base and market
• Highly numerate
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong organisational and presentation skills
• FSA registration preferred
• Degree educated (in a relevant finance, mathematical or economics subject) preferred
