Dell Inc. is a global provider of information technology solutions. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advocate to join our team in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
The Audi Information Team Advocate provides customer assistance via telephone. This Advocate assists current Audi owners with such requests as dealer information, campaign information, warranty information, perform address updates, and offers vehicle information as requested. They will focus on creating lifetime owners, while working to resolve customer concerns.
The call center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 10:00PM. Rotating shifts apply.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
-Minimum of 1-2 years of professional contact center service experience
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Strong Windows/PC typing skills
-Ability to work independently, yet be a team player
-Automotive experience a plus
Desired Skills:
-Six months of call center experience
