Audit – AVP / VP recruitment
This is a regional audit role with primary responsibility in planning and leading audits of the Markets business in Asia Pacific covering Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies (FICC) business, Equities and Capital Markets business.
You should be a subject matter expert in at least one key product or related area of the Markets business such as Structured Derivatives / Treasury / Market Risk management / Product Control – Finance – Operations etc and leverage this knowledge into a leadership role during review participation. Acting as an adviser to the business in recommending solutions to risk and control issues, you should continuously develop effective working relationships and have the ability to identify key emerging business risks. Good leadership skills in leading review team comprising colleagues within and outside Asia and guests from the business.
The successful candidate should be degree qualified with minimum 8 – 10 years experience in Capital Markets / FICC / Equities internal audit or business / control function experience. Relevant professional certification would be an advantage. Strong analytical, written / verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills are essential.
