Audit

A Big4 accountancy practice are looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join their Pensions team. 

As Audit Senior you will be providing audit and business advice to a variety of clients as well as on-site co-ordination for these clients. You will build and maintain strong relationships with the clients  and work and liaise with the members of the audit team as well as colleagues in other parts of the firm. Reporting directly to the partner you will be supervising a team of up to 3 people and be responsible for coaching and training them.  

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree standard as well as being  ACA/ACCA/CA qualified and have experience of UK GAAP or IFRS and auditing frameworks such as UK ISAs. You will have extensive experience of the audit process from planning to completion and for a diverse range of assignments. You will be able to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels and have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional client service. You will be flexible and proactive in your approach to meeting goals, problem solving and delivering client solutions. Strong analytical skills and organisation along with well developed listening and questioning skills are desirable. As is an action oriented approach with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
