Audit Control Team Leader

Audit Control Team Leader- I am recruiting for an Audit Control team leader to be based in the Trowbridge area for a leading financial services organisation.

The role is a mix of audit analytical management accountancy skills and will require somebody to pick up new skills. The job will involve managing all audit processes, ensuring all reporting and corrective/preventative actions are completed within service level agreements. You will be managing the systems database audits for internal stakeholders and be responsible for customer portfolio management, including FPA activities, ensuring effective use of resources and systems and helping performance improvement. You will also be responsible for contributing towards the audit, risk control strategies and identify customer and stakeholder value added opportunities. You will be helping create and delivering the audit control plan.

The ideal candidate will be a part qualified/qualified CIMA accountant with proven experiences of trends, reporting and have some idea of auditing processes and procedures. The candidate will have systems knowledge and be highly driven, have a proven track record to work to deadlines and an effective leader. The candidate will have a high level of competence and exposure with stakeholder management and the ability to build and create relationships and has a risk/process aware attitude. The candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to work in a team and autonomously. The salary will depend on how much audit knowledge/experience the candidate has.
