The Client:

My client is an innovative and progressive employer who due to progressive expansion is looking for a Director/Principal to join their leadership team in the Audit Assurance team. The Position:
As an Audit Director you will responsible for the management of client relationships and leading a team responsible for external audit and statutory reporting for large proprietary and listed organisations across various sectors. You will be involved in developing the brand and your own portfolio of clients. As an Audit Director you will be responsible for the management of a large Audit division, working under the lead audit partner you will assist with tendering, planning, performing and finalisation of engagements as well as the strategic growth of the division.
 
You will have set objectives and key measurables in terms of achieving partnership and be part of a strong, dynamic and reputable leadership team with firm strategic growth plans looking to double their partner offering over a 3 year period.

Your Details:
This exciting leadership position has become available due to growth in the division. You will have relevant experience within the audit space, preferably gained in the Big 4, or a progressive private practice. An existing fee base is desirable but not essential as set business development plans and support with execution will be offered. A previous track record and experience in leading audit teams is essential as is an ability to demonstrate strong leadership/communication skills
