Audit Leader, Internal Audit
A well-known Global Bank is now hiring for an Audit Leader to join their Internal Audit team in London. This is a fantastic job opportunity to join a highly skilled and valued Internal Audit team. Located near the Gherkin, the role is based out of the Banks’ City of London office.
The Audit Leaders job role will be to be involved in the planning and execution of audits as well as report writing. Once settled in your role the successful candidate will also assist in training junior members of the internal audit team. The focus will be on departments such a Trading, Finance and Treasury. Important tasks include evaluating the adequacy of business processes and controls through the business globally, not just in London.
The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified from a Big 4 audit background. IIA certified is also desired although the Bank will support the successful candidate in obtaining this important qualification. Banking and Capital Markets experience is desired and clear front office product knowledge is advantageous. Internal Audit experience is not essential. The Bank will look at auditors straight from practice with 2 – 3 years post qualification audit experience.
Salary for this fantastic job opportunity is £50k-£60k plus benefits and bonus.
