Audit Manager – Change recruitment

- Lead audits of varying size and complexity across the Group
- Promote change auditing and influence colleagues to focus on key change risks
- Plan and manage audit assignments, with leadership responsibility for colleagues on specific assignments
- Build and develop key relationships at senior levels in the organisation
- Contribute to development of the audit plan through ongoing business risk assessment
- Writing high quality audit reports and assist in identifying solutions for identified control issues
- Provide robust and challenging insights on business risk and control procedures used to deliver Change
- Influence the management of change in the Group through developing a trusted advisor status with programmes
- Contribute to a strongly collaborative audit team
- Auditing experience in a financial services organisation, ideally in project-audit
- Qualified auditor, accountant or project manager (e.g. CISA, CISM, PIIA, MIIA, ACCA, PRINCE II)
- Experience of managing senior-level business relationships
- Experience of project management, particularly, the management of risk and controls within a complex financial services organisation
- Technology audit experience, management accounting or experience working in a financial services operational business would be beneficial
