An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Audit Manager to join one of the world’s leading banking institutions. You will be joining the Group Audit (GA) team as a Internal Audit Manager. As a member of the operations audit team, you will be exposed to Retail banking and Insurance business area and progression is readily available for high achievers. 

The role of Audit Manager incorporates a variety of responsibilities including:

• Planning audits and leading engagements based upon a risk-based approach using Group Audit methodology.
• Prepare draft reports including issues, recommendations and obtain management responses.
• Develop and maintain operational expertise, particularly as applicable to investment banking activity.
• Develop and maintain broad financial services experience and Banking knowledge as well as understanding the impact of the global operations on Finance.

The successful Audit Manager will have strong experience either in a Retail Bank or Insurance firm or a professional practice environment with experience of auditing Insurance or banking clients. Operational understanding is necessary as well as strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written.

This opportunity will suit a driven audit professional who is used to managing or leading audits and will provide further career progression within a changing and rewarding banking environment.
