Audit Manager recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Partner in planning, reviewing, delegating and performing various audit activities
- Supervising project teams and participating in career development of employees
- Providing on-site quality control
- Monitoring engagement budgets and acting as liaison between the client and project Partner
- Reviewing documents, transactions, records, reports and methodologies for accuracy and effectiveness, and preparing audit reports
- Assisting in writing proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with at least 24 credit hours in Accounting
- Minimum eight years of accounting experience in the Federal government arena or CPA with five years of audit-related experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal GAAP, FASAB, FAM-relevant OMB Circulars and Yellow Book
- Ability to travel 20?25% annually
- Experience supervising projects, teams and budgets
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
