Audit Manager recruitment

You will plan and manage bank's general audit programmes in accordance to the Bank’s risk methodology framework. You will provide overall supervision and guidance to team members in audit engagements, including audit planning, risk matrices as well as provide constructive advice to manage risk and control issues.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce,  with Certified Internal Auditor (CIA),with 5 – 8 years’ relevant experience managing a team

• Good planning and project management skills

• Strong technology knowledge including strong understanding of global best practices

• Good understanding of overall banking business

• Excellent interpersonal and communication and leadership skills

• Ability to establish effective relationships with middle level management
