Audit Partner, United Arab Emirates
Our client is a global public accounting firm and seeking an Audit Partner to join their office based in the UAE.
Resonsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Recruit and development of staff
*Active involvement in the practice's development
*Hands on support for the growth of the Practice
*Manage and develop their client portfolio
*Report to the Managing Partner
Requirements:
*Strong Business Development experience with a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
*Experienced in coaching and counselling staff
*Ability to manage, lead and motivate staff
*Experience of IFRS desirable
*University Degree
*ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualified
*English language skills essential, Arabic desirable.
Package:
*Tax free base salary from $120,000 USD plus bonus and benefits.
