Job Title: Senior Financial Auditor
Location: Home Based within Eastern Europe
Travel: 80%

The role:
The main function of this role is to ensure effective and efficient controls are designed to mitigate the company's financial, business process and supply chain risks across the board in their domestic and international operations. This will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Participation in risk assessment and pre-audit planning
- Improving existing processes and having the confidence to back your own recommendations
- Executing the audit plan and implementing corrective action plans where necessary
- Taking responsibility for data analysis from data collection through to delivery of results
- Participation in special projects as assigned by management
Requirements
- 4-6 years experience within external/internal audit preferably including experience within a manufacturing environment.
- USGAAP or IFS experience is desirable
- You should ideally already be located withinEastern Europe, or be willing to relocate to this region.
- Fluency in English, and one of either Polish, Romanian, Hungarian or any other Eastern European language.
- You must be an assertive and confident individual with excellent communication skills, as you will be expected to effect change within the organisation and must be competent in articulating this.
- You should be a strategic thinker with creative flair and excellent problem-solving abilities.
