A leading firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers based within South Yorkshire are looking to employ a qualified Audit Senior to join their Sheffield office.
The business are regarded as one of the regions leading firm of Accountants, which boast an exceptional client base. As Audit Senior you will lead your own client audits as well as working as part of a team on larger client assignments, duties of which will include: taking responsibility of client management, audit planning, providing client accounting advisory service, oversee all aspects of audit field work and completion, prepare or review work papers and draft financial statements, control audit time scales and risk management procedures, actively involved in business development and cross selling the firms services, management of junior staff within the audit team, providing ongoing training and coaching.
The ideal applicant will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 4 years experience working for a firm of chartered accountants. Due to the mix of client base, it would be advantageous for individuals to have exposure within the charity or academy sector.
