In this challenging role you will work closely alongside the CIO to provide leadership and direction to a National development team across a range of transformational based projects and BAU initiatives. As a commercial thinker you will be passionate about employee engagement, change management and working with business groups to embed technology in a way that delivers value.
Key responsibilities include:
· Program Management- Possessing a strong understanding of the program management lifecycle you will lead a range of high profile work streams to deliver on the PwC workplace of the future plan.
· Team Leadership- Acting as a change agent you will offer direction to others and roll model behaviours that build individual capabilities, enhance employee engagement and ultimately allow others to develop their careers.
· Operational Management- Managing our Projects, BA, Build and Testing teams you will oversee activity to ensure work streams are delivered and process improvement is continually at the forefront of thinking.
Key attributes required:
· A minimum 10 years experience in delivering change across an organisation in a related Program Management, IT Transformation or Business Improvement discipline.
· A proven track record of leading others and embedding change to build cohesive and engaged teams where individuals act as role models and teachers.
· A commercial mindset that allows you to understand business objectives and the way technology can help to achieve them
· Excellent relationship building skills that allow you to influence with impact, manage competing priorities and install a true client centric mindset.
This position will allow you to be a key influencer with our IT group and be the face of driving meaningful change to the future ways of working at PwC. You will work closely with our CIO and business leaders and be provided the tools to coach a committed team and the mentoring to develop both professionally, personally and ethically.
