Auto Bankruptcy Supervisor Job in Irving, Texas US
- Supervises a team of local Bankruptcy Specialists.
- Tracks and reports departmental service levels and quality results. Recommends and implements process improvements.
- Maintains relationships with outside counsel.
- Identifies departmental reporting needs.
- Conducts business process outsourcing processes from identification through post-implementation to ensure that client specifications are met and to improve process for future projects.
- Prepares work plans, documents project scope and reviews with client to ensure accuracy. Monitors project schedules to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitors processes and resolves participant issues; escalates as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science or related field preferred
- Two or more years of business process outsourcing, consulting or systems implementation experience
- Experience working with business outsourcing processes
- Experience working with information technology applications and infrastructure
- Five to ten years experience of bankruptcy and credit/collections
- Two years experience of automobile loan collections
- Five years of creditor experience administering Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
- Experience processing proof of claims, reaffirmation agreements, and Motions for Relief (MFR)
- Experience with mortgage bankruptcy and foreclosure a plus
- Knowledge of current bankruptcy laws
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to apply business and management consulting applications and services
