Become an Auto Damage Adjuster in San Francisco/Oakland, CA. GEICO Adjusters are always prepared to roll up their sleeves, use the latest computerized estimating equipment, inspect damaged vehicles, and print estimates right on the spot! A successful associate can move through ascending levels of adjusting expertise and into positions of more responsibility.
No Experience, No Problem
This entry level position has a paid, in-depth, 12-Week Consecutive Training Program* that provides you with all of the necessary information that you need to become a successful Adjuster.
*8 weeks in San Diego, CA and 4 weeks in McLean, VA

Qualified Trainee Candidates will possess the following:
- Strong personal computer skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- An eye for detail
- Ability to work with people in pressure situations
- Stable customer service work history
- Interest in cars is a plus, but not required
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
