Responsibilities:
- Evaluate automated equipment and processes and solve automated equipment and employee training issues
- Review related manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine tasks to be performed
- Program robot to perform specified tasks, and apply knowledge of programming language using teach pendants, keyboards, control panels, or robot controllers
- Take responsibility for managing the overall project
- Modify programs to refine movement of robot using the various controllers
This position can be filled with a job grad 15 or 16 depending upon experience
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of Automation and Controls experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills, good PC skills, and project management skills
- Project Management experience
- Must work well in a team environment and possess good leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical, Automated, Application Engineering, Mechanical or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of applicable experiences in Automation or Robotics
