Automation Tester (SQL, Frameworks, Finance - Commodity Derivatives)
A leading Hedge Fund based in the Centre of London's West End is seeking a new Automation Tester to assist the IT Director in building new Automation Frameworks to totally revolutionise their methods of testing. The trading systems focus entirely on Commodity Derivatives and their systems are built from scratch in C# and SQL, no formal automation tools are used in Testing and the first role for this person to undertake is to decide exactly what is the best way of testing moving forward.
Your role as Automation Tester (SQL, Frameworks, Finance - Commodity Derivatives) will mean that you will work closely with the IT Director to build the Automation Frameworks from scratch and you will be very involved in deciding the route and testing tools to use moving forward.
As Automation Tester (SQL, Frameworks, Finance - Commodity Derivatives) you will need the following skill set:
* Automation Testing experience (essential)
* Excellent Communication (essential)
* Experience of building an automation framework (highly desirable)
* Financial services experience (a bonus)
* Manual Testing background (bonus)
* SQL Knowledge (highly desirable)
This Automation Tester (SQL, Frameworks, Finance - Commodity Derivatives) role will give you the opportunity to actually implement your ideas and methods to build the automation framework from scratch.
