We develop and test software in small autonomous multi skilled project teams using the scrum approach. Test Engineers aren’t second class citizens, you'll be working with awesome engineers, testers, authors and user experience specialists; having an equal say in how your project develops. You'll be writing code alongside our Software Engineers creating test frameworks, building your own test environments as well as advising and getting involved in technical investigations. We make tools for database developers and administrators. We also make .Net and Exchange tools. But it’s not all about product development; we have a significant ecommerce site and community sites

Candidate:

·         A good degree in a numerate subject tells us that we can probably learn stuff from you.

·         We’d like you to have a good practical background in computing and commercial experience, agile and team working experience would be good too. 

·         One of the main principles is to develop “ingeniously simple tools” and our passion for design, quality and usability is a major factor in the huge popularity of our tools, you should share this passion too.

·         Thorough testing is embedded in our culture; it’s key to our success and we think we’re pretty good at it. Of course we do our fair share of manual testing, but we try to automate as much as we can. So, we’d like you to have experience in automated testing using a full programming language such as C#, Java or C/C++.

·         Above all, we’re looking for an ability to master whatever technologies we need you to, we’d like you to have a passion for programming and to enjoy breaking developers’ code.
