Automobile New/Used Sales Manager Job in Corona, California US

You have a proven record for making the right decision and leadership skills just come naturally.  People come to you for results and a smile.  You know how to manage finances and are good with other people’s money.  You could make an excellent Sales Manager for our dealership. We sell new used vehicles for one of the top Manufacturers in the industry.

 

We’re looking for a Closer to lead our team of New/Used Car Sales Associates.

Having your own sales team to bring with you is a big plus! 
Bilingual Spanish/English speaking also a plus!
  

Responsibilities:

·         Create and organize all sales activities for the New/Used Car Sales division

·         Work with and supervise New/Used Car Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met

·         Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach

·         Assist New/Used Car Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed

 

Requirements:

·         Must have sales management experience with New/Used vehicles for an automotive dealership.

·         Demonstrated leadership abilities

·         Successful background in a financial / budgeting role

·         Solid supervisory skills

·         Superior communication and customer service skills
