Automotive Aftermarket Sales Leader

Mexico City 

Summary:

This position is responsible for sales penetration into the market through the technical and marketing knowledge of our products.  Communicates with both internal and external customers.  Expands aftermarket sales in all Mexico territory.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Identifies new business opportunities, develops brand recognition in the market through presentation of the Company and its products in order to develop growth opportunities.

·       Identifies, evaluates and develops opportunities for aftermarket growth with existing and potential customers.  Improves / increases supply channel by territory.

·       Utilizes advanced engineering and sales skills to satisfy all customers.

·       Coordinates necessary training activities, master database of products and applications for internal customers and events to promote the company brand (workshops) for external customers.

·       Prepares and maintains field sales records, reports and forecasts.

·       Participates in forecasting and market analysis by collecting, analyzing and interpreting general economic, industry and competitor information.

·       This position requires some overnight travel within territory.

·       This position requires a Bachelor's degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering and a combination of 4 to 6 years of bearing applications experience and sales experience of highly engineered components or products.

·       Performs special assignments as requested.

·       Analysis of aftermarket by area, product line and application.  Defines a strategy to grow the company sales.

·       Manages and develops promotional and marketing materials to increase brand awareness of the company products for auto aftermarket (catalogs, brochures, posters, etc.)

·       Seeks out new applications (for company bearings) and develops commercial strategy to launch new products (price level, inventory, commercial bulletins, etc.)

 

Education and/or Experience:

 

Required Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 2-4 years of experience, prefer 4-6 years of experience in related field.
