Automotive Parts Counter Associate Job in San Jose 95112, California US
We are looking for a self motivated person to help with sales at our San Jose store. We specialize in Accessories for Pickup Trucks such as Camper Shells, Tonneau Covers, Trailer Hitches, Bedliners, Toolboxes and more. Must be able to multitask as you will be helping customers at the counter and on the phone, sometimes at the same time. This is a sales job, to do well you will need to understand that asking for the sale is a must.
Additional skills that we would like are basic computer and email skills. The ability to learn on your own as the job advances. Ability to look up parts in automotive catalogs. Also a clean DMV is needed.
We pay a minimum of $13 per hour but do have commission and bonus programs that will allow a good sales person to make $45,000 per year. We also offer medical and dental benifits to full time employees.
