Expect to walk into a fun environment built on open, friendly relationships. As a Sales Advisor for DriveTime, you’ll spend half your time on the phone, answering questions and educating qualified leads about their options. The other half will be interacting with customers in person, making them feel comfortable, working out financing and options and collaborating with co-workers. And while your ultimate responsibility is to sell cars, you’ll find that you accomplish this goal by providing outstanding customer service.
Rewards and Benefits:
- Money: Base salary, commissions and bonuses. Average income first year is $45,000.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision plans after 60 days, 401(k) match
- Schedule: 5-day week with Sundays off
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college
- 2-5 years work experience
- Face-to-face sales and customer service related experience
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to pass a drug test and background check
