AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN Hillview Motors, is the the area's largest Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram dealer, and our shop business is booming! We are looking for 5 more full-time Technicians. All skill levels needed. What We Offer: $1,000 signing bonus to all Level II and above CJD technicians $1,000 completion bonus to all entry level technicians upon completion of Level II Chrysler training Very competitive Flat rate/hourly pay plan with Year End Bonus Guaranteed 32 hours per week Complete hospitalization including dental vision paid at the family rate with a small employee co-payment (7) paid holidays per year with up to 2 weeks paid vacation. 100% company funded profit sharing plan contributing an amount up to 10% of your annual gross wage. Company paid training. Modern, updated and very clean shop with all of the latest equipment What we are looking for: Must have a PA inspection and emission license.
