As a Technician in our organization responsibilities will include
- Driving a service role that exceeds our customers' expectations
- Providing excellent customer service and high CSI outcomes
- Communicating Mechanical issues with Service Manager
- Understanding the Service Department and Customers' needs and providing positive outcomes to both
Qualifications
- Excellent mechanical and technical abilities
- Strong communication skills
- High degree of professional maturity
- Must have a current valid state driver's license
- Keeps abreast of the latest technological advances in the automotive repair industry and progresses towards ASE certifications and Master certification within 12-18 months of hire. This includes: Engine Repair, Auto Trans, Manual Trans, Suspension Steering, Brakes, Electrical, Heating and A/C, Engine Performance and Advance Diagnosis/L1.
- Position also requires (those based in Pennsylvania) PA State Inspection and PA Emission Inspection certification.
- GM experience is a plus!
