Founded in 1986, Supplier Inspection Services, Inc. provides quality management support services to help facilitate the quality initiatives of our clients.  Our services help our clients achieve and maintain a high level of quality by enhancing their total quality management system.  Our area of expertise is in both visual and dimensional inspection as well as quality engineering support and quality principles training.  Our clients include manufacturers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Appliance, Medical and general manufacturing industries.

 

With facilities and satellite locations across the United States, we provide services at our facilities and at our client locations in North America, while supporting manufacturers worldwide. 

 

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual who will be responsible for maximizing sales of services within existing customers and growing business in new accounts in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.

 

Primary responsibilities of the Account Manager include: 

 

·         Maintaining existing business and driving revenue in an assigned territory.

·         Ensure company is the client's provider-of-choice, that we have a thorough understanding of the client's needs and are seen as their best advocate for meeting their needs.

·         Learn the client's organization and decision-making style and process.

·         Develop and maintain consistent relationships with key decision-makers within the client organization.

·         Identify opportunities to influence and create the client's perception of company.

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

·         Work with customers, peers and employees to resolve customer complaints or concerns in a fast, positive, results-oriented fashion.

·         Maintain an understanding of competitors and external drivers that may affect our clients and prospects.

 

Note: Incumbent may be required to perform any other duties within the scope of the job and individual’s abilities as requested by management.

 

Requirements:

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or relevant experience.

·         1-5 years of successful experience in business-to-business sales.

·         Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Motivated individual looking to succeed.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office

·         Experience in working with clients in the manufacturing industry, specifically automotive component manufacturers a plus, but not necessary.
