AV Sales Engineer Job in Dublin, Dublin Ireland
To drive sales in sectors of AV which are currently not accessible to the Company. The Company currently compete in new commercial builds and high technology AV exhibition projects. The Company are looking to target office blocks, digital signage, commercial premises, high street stores etc. This would be the focus of the AV sales engineer.
· Technical Sales of installed sound installations including induction loops
· Technical Sales of meeting room control AV systems
o Projection, LCD displays, Video Conferencing, Audio systems
· Technical Sales of Digital Signage Systems
· Technical sales of Digital TV distribution systems
· Technical sales of Video conferencing systems
· Technical sales of the Company’s IPTV systems and media streaming solutions
· Technical sales of interactive AV solutions
· Technical sales of video walls and video wall processors
· Design of schematics for the above systems and preparations of quotations for same
· Follow through of quotations and turn into direct sales
· Liaise with the engineering team and project management team in the starting phases of a project until the customer has built up a relationship with other engineers and project managers
· Drive change requests and maximise potential sales from currently active projects
· Research new technologies and attend trade fairs to network with suppliers and always be able to offer cutting edge designs
· Build relationships with customers and always be on the phone for support
· Sales of service level agreements for AV support contracts.
