Avaya Aura Contact Centre Engineer – Sydney, Australia 110k–125k $$$ Sponsorship provided!

Due yet another successful year my client one of Australia's leading Contact Centre providers is currently recruiting for an Avaya Aura Contact Centre Implementation Engineer to join their highly skilled delivery team in Sydney. 

You will be responsible for: 
• Consulting, implementing and deploying Avaya Aura Contact Centre solutions. 
• Working with project managers and consultants to develop and manage the scoping and definition of projects. 
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions and low level designs 

You will have: 
• Minimum 5 years experience implementing Avaya Aura Contact Centre or Nortel Symposium 
• Experience of WFM and call centre reporting such as IQ or CMS would be advantageous. 
• You will also have 8-10 years Contact Centre/Unified Communications industry experience coupled with sound technical skills to perform this position. Your understanding of business drivers for technology solutions and ability to plan and design customers’ solutions is essential in securing this role! 

My client is offering a fantastic package of 110-130k Basic + Super Annuation + Bonus equating to over a 140K Package! My client will also offer full sponsorship for candidates from overseas (from low risk countries)!
