Multiple roles available starting immediately.
Key responsibilities:-
•Attend to client requests logged by phone, web and/or E mail.
•Carry out troubleshooting for any faults logged by the customers..
•Liaise with Avaya or any other vendor for escalations.
•Participate in the after hours support
Skill skills:-
•Minimum 4 years of maintenance and troubleshooting experience on Avaya systems.
