Aviation Sales Manager and Sales Representative

This is an inside sales and support position responsible for producing detailed specifications and spreadsheets for the work to be performed in the requested timeframe by the customer and to maintain or exceed targeted gross margins per the annual operating plan/budget. This position requires the experience level needed to assist the Regional Sales Managers in closing sales to potential Company Aviation customers.

Avionics Sales:
•   Quoting is CRITICAL
    o   Able to put  quotes together
•   Sales is CRITICAL
    o   Friendly, engaging, likable, personable
•   Must have worked with business jets at some point in career
    o   Bombardier
    o   Challenger
    o   Hawker
    o   Beechjet
•  A Pilot background would be a great one!
•  BASE PAY:  $60-80K
•  Stellar Incentive/Commission plan

Maintenance Sales Rep:
•   Must have worked with business jets at some point in career
    o   Bombardier
    o   Challenger
    o   Hawker
    o   Beechjet
•   A prior Project Manager with a Sales Attitude would be perfect!
    o   Friendly, engaging, likable, personable
•   Quoting is CRITICAL
    o   Able to put quotes together
    o   quoting Inspections in this role
•  BASE PAY:  $60-70K
•  Stellar Incentive/Commission plan
