AVP – Relationship Manager (Large Corporate) recruitment
Our client is a major bank with strong Capital Market, Loan Syndication and Corporate Banking businesses with significant presence in the region. It is seeking to recruit a high caliber banker in the Real Estate sector to join their team.
You will be joining a regional team and originates financing, MA, ECM, DCM, treasury and trade finance transactions for Real Estate clients in APAC. You will cover the entire life cycle of transaction, although as a senior member your focus is more on ideation and origination, and leading the junior team members in the entire deal process.
You should have deep understanding of the corporate banking landscape and imperatives for clients in the APAC, with on going relationship at all levels with leading figures in the relevant industries. It’s not mandatory to have real estate experience, but you should have relevant background in servicing large corporation in the region. You are a self-starter with strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to drive and manage relationship.
