Our client is a leading regional bank and they are looking to bring on board a dynamic and driven individual to assist the Group’s Operations and Technology departments in the Institutionalization of the Quality Excellence culture to achieve long term sustainability.
• Lead departmental and cross-departmental process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coach project leaders and team members in successful and timely completion of quality projects and initiatives.
• Work with departments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop programs, champion and drive all quality initiatives for the Group.
• Design, facilitate and conduct in-house quality training programs.
The ideal candidate should be degree qualified with more than 5 years of experience with strong technical skills and proven track record in leading and facilitating process improvement projects. Understand and able to deal with change management issues associated with business process changes and knowledge of banking operations and processes is an advantage. Possess drive passion for quality and service excellence and Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt qualification is a must.
