Our client is a European leader in global banking and financial services and one of the six strongest banks in the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing conformity checks on the credit terms under the faciltiy and security agreements against the credit approval terms and conditions, and to escalate to management where there are discrepancies,
- Performing a review of the completeness and acceptability of the legal documents for the lending business and ensuring that follow-up actions are taken by the business line,
- Registration of security records in the Bank's system,
- Data input relating to legal agreements and security,
- Vaulting and safe custody of original security documents,
- Preparation of various reports relating to monitoring of incomplete/missing legal agreements providing information of security value for reporting purposes,
- Negotiation with legal department on non standard agreements
The ideal candidate should be degree qualified with 5 years of hands-on working experience in drafting facility agreements and reviewing security documents.
