RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report to the Head of Custody and will lead, plan and manage the Corporate Action processing team.
- Ensure all Corporate Action (CA) activities are duly carried out to ensure completeness and accuracy and within the regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with business unit and financial institutional clients to ensure all CA instructions received are processed accordingly on a timely and accurate basis.
- Build the competency among all team members and ensure they are equipped with knowledge/materials to perform the job.
- Work closely with other Section Lead or Department Heads to carry out any other assignments/projects.
REQUIREMENTS / KEY SKILLS:
- A recognized Degree in Banking with 5 years of Corporate Action experience and minimally 2 years of experience in Project Management and system re-engineering/enhancements and implementation.in Singapore and foreign markets.
- Strong knowledge of MAS/SGC regulatory requirements as well as general banking operations in Singapore.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
