Bachelors degree or equivalent required. Graduate degree in OD, Training, HRD, or Organizational Psychology or equivalent preferred. CPCU, AU and/or CIC designations required. Must have a proven track record of a personal commitment to insurance education.
Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in training assessment and developing technical training programs in a corporate environment, which includes 3-5 years of CL underwriting experience. Experience in field operations management helpful.
