Our top tier investment banking client is currently seeking a VP C++ programmer to join one of their fast passed and growing global teams. The successful candidate will slot straight into critical workflows, taking on some of the daily workload from the start to ensure the environment remains stable and that trade processing is swift and as trouble free as possible. The current systems have historically been deployed on Solaris but have been shifting to be recently to Linux. The main focus of the role will be STP development and development support. However there will be opportunities for team leadership – for the right person showing the right level of dedication and commitment and all round aptitude. You will liaise with not only with regional team mates but also some middle and front office partners also.
