AVP – Application Support Analyst – Cash Equities
The role sits within a team that deals with mission critical trading technology projects and therefore, works within a highly pressurised environment.
The successful candidate will be expected to handle and react to complex queries and provide on-going support to ensure the smooth running of the equities trading systems.
This particular role will work directly with front office and very senior stakeholders therefore, strong communication skills are essential.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial institute
- Equity markets knowledge and technological experience
- Front-office application experience
- Solid futures or cash market understanding
- Strong technical background (Linux/Unix/SQL/ITIL)
- Experience Scripting (Perl/Shell, Java)
- Excellent communication skills
