AVP/ Associate – Regional Business Management recruitment

Responsibilities:

The job scope will include product or service operational management, planning and reporting, internal coordination with relevant parties, contributions to commercial strategy and marketing, and market outreach or business development with relevant market constituents

• Planning and executing related key initiatives and projects

• Defining and maintaining optimal product coverage and service levels

• Researching and following trends in Asian debt capital markets, in particular domestic markets, and preparing related market comments

• Facilitating go-to-market process with internal and external parties

• Facilitating/optimizing the administrative management of the business

Requirements:

• A University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines; candidates with Postgraduate Qualification (MBA or Masters degree) and/or Professional Qualifications (CFA/ CPA) is an advantage

• At least 3 years relevant experience in business consulting servicing financial services clients or business managers covering capital markets business in Asia

• Candidates must have project or business management experience; prior experience in business development is highly preferred

• Strong organizational skills with sound judgment, and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines

• Sound analytical and IT (Excel and Powerpoint) skills; detail orientated and excellent organization skills

• Articulate and succinct communication skills; flexible, resourceful with strong problem solving skills

• Engaging and able to connect well with internal and external clients; able to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects

• A fast learner with the passion to learn and willingness to take initiatives

• Fluent in English is a must; Putonghua or other Asian languages is an advantage
