AVP, Business Delivery Manager (Unsecured Loan), Consumer Banking Technology, Technology & Operations recruitment
The Technology and Operations team designs, develops and maintains computer application systems to support banking operations and provide innovative IT solutions, while harnessing new technologies to meet corporate objectives. In addition, we centralise, standardise and regionalise like-activities to achieve economies of scale and improve/re-engineer end-to-end processes to achieve world-class standards.
Responsibilities
- Support Unsecured Lending applications namely credit card issuing and acquiring, and unsecured loans.
- Manage compliance, security and audit requirements as well as BAU issues such as EOL/EOS for above major applications.
- Provide technical and subject matter expertise for above applications in systems impact analysis, functional design and review SOW in response to user requests.
- Work with vendors to conceptualise solutions and provide end-to-end delivery for projects and system enhancements.
- Manage delivery and rollout of projects and releases.
Requirements
- Degree with at least 5 years of IT experience
- Prior experience on applications analysis, design and development, preferably on Unsecured Lending applications such as credit card acquiring and issuing
- Knowledge of VisionPLUS and IST is a plus
- Business domain knowledge in payment products and industry will be an added advantage
- Strong project management experience
- Able to manage and work with vendors
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good coordination skills
