AVP- Calling candidates with Strong Basel II reporting/ Business Analyst experience recruitment

Main Duties

Preparation daily risk weight assets reporting and daily monitoring or regulatory ratios against internal and regulatory limits.
RWA Analytics – included commentaries, analytical insights and advisory to assist global/regional heads identify pockets of capital inefficiencies in their portfolio and ways of better optimizing their return on capital
Implementation of Basel 3 project for Counterparty Credit risk platform satisfying regulatory rules and reporting requirements
Implementation of ongoing Regulatory changes in current reporting process
Producing RWA reports for submission to International regulatory bodies
Assess RWA capital impact on new business transactions as part of New Product implemenation process and provide sign off for product go live
Automate manual reports, calculations, senior management packs for financial and Internal management reporting helping stakeholders getting faster and granular information for decision making
Investigate Basel sourcing issues, calculation parameter and process restructuring to ensure correctness of RWA calculation and reporting
Implementation of RWA Scenario Analysis and forecasting module to support Group/Regions/ Business for RWA forecasting and future impact on Capital

Person Requirements

Minimum of 4Y experience within a Regulatory, Market Risk, Credit risk or Risk management function, acquired in a leading Investment Bank.
Strong product knowledge preferably Interest Rates Risk, Cross currency risk
For the Business Analyst role, previous hands on experience in implementing Basel II reporting framework internally- Full project life cycle understanding
Strong controls and reporting process understanding, ability to drive control improvement
Able to prioritize and escalate breaches of policies and procedures as appropriate.
