AVP, Change Management – Finance recruitment
The Position
- To identify, plan and drive change across Asia Financial Control
- Working in the Regional FC Projects Team to support current and future Change initiatives.
- Manage execution of projects across all aspects of the lifecycle:
-Produce and monitor progress against detailed project plans
-Ensure high quality deliverables including business requirements
-Working with IT / Users to identify solutions
-Implementation tasks including UAT and ensuring transition to BAU is successful and sustainable
-Project status reporting to stakeholders
- Identify and manage process efficiencies across Asia Pac FC
- Working with key Asia FC stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and define roadmap for key deliverables
- Review and document existing processes and develop target operating models encompassing preparation of all associated business requirements/specifications in order to achieve such a model.
The Candidate
- Qualified accountant
- Project and change management experience
- Process re-engineering and implementing tactical and strategic solutions.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter, team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator.
- Willingness and ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to a successful resolution.
- Strong Excel skills.
