AVP, Change Management (Finance) – Investment Bank recruitment
The candidate will be part of the Asia Financial Control Projects Team whoses objective of the role is to identify, plan and drive changes across the Asia Financial Control space. The main responsibilities of him/her will be:
- Manage execution of projects across all aspects of the lifecycle:
- Produce and monitor progress against detailed project plans
- Encure high quality of deliverables including business requirements
- Working with IT/users to identify solutions
- Implementation of projects including UAT testing and ensuring the smooth transition of the business
- Reporting of project status to stakeholders
- Identify areas of weaknesses and manage process efficiencies across APAC FC
- Work with key stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and define roadmap for key deliverables
He/She should possess the following:
- At least 3-5 years of business analyst experience in a project or change management role or as a major part of a line function
- Investment banking experience will be advantageous
- Enthusiastic, and motivated self-started
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work in a highly dynamic and challenging environment
