AVP – Change Management- Finance recruitment

  Overview

• Supportinig the various divisons in Change Management. These include -  Cost Decision Support Client Face team , Cost Control Accounting Ops MI reporting , MIS/Financial Planning Analysis,  Sales/IBD Finance and shared  services.

 Main Function

• Day to day project management of global Finance projects.

• Strong focus on delivery and steering correct usage of project resources with IT partners to deliver efficiency/control/expansion related initiatives.

Main Duties

• Work with a team of 2-3 project managers to successfully deliver change programmes for the shared services and Finance. 

Manage change aspects

• Testing with a focus on UAT

• Training a diverse group of users in different silos.

• Go live activities – Release management etc. 

• Communication activities around a project

• Benefits realisation tracking

• Act as a change agent: execute project ideas

Manage project resources

Person Requirements

Qualifications /education:

• Accounting/Finance background preferable

Experience required:

• 5-8 years project management experience

• Experience in global rollouts

• Skills and knowledge: (Specific product knowledge/PC skills/languages etc)

• Strong understanding of different project methodologies

 Candidate Profile

• (eg teamplayer, initiative, change agent, confident etc)

• Proven history of driving change and delivery
