AVP Client Services Manager – Transaction Banking recruitment
Global Banking offers advisory services, financing and transaction banking of the most innovative kind. Clients include governments, institutions and corporates, who seek global transaction banking advice and solutions.
Our business units include Cash Management, Trade Finance, Capital Market Sales and Trust Securities Services.
Responsibilities:
- Provides day to day service support to clients for their transactional and electronic banking needs.
- Deepens relationships with key/top clients through highest standards of service and dedication.
- Provides single point of contact via hotline for transactional and electronic banking enquiries/services. Transactional enquiries/requests include: Account balance/missing statements and advices/account interest rate/dormant accounts/payments. Electronic banking enquiries/requests include: Hotline support for electronic-banking/financial systems integrations with clients’ ERP (eg. SAP/Oracle Financial interface)/host to host connectivity.
- Acts as a dedicated client service contact for priority/key/top clients for transactional and electronic banking enquiries/services. Manages key service relationships and identifies opportunities to cross-sell.
- Performs service reviews with clients to deepen engagement, value add and source for new business or work improvement opportunities.
- Works with regional teams/external vendor to conduct client surveys and obtain feedback.
- Reviews clients’ needs and competitor banks’ capabilities to provide regular feedback to management and product team for improvement opportunities.
- Coordinates or ensures actions are taken regarding clients’ feedback from service reviews/surveys. This involves working with internal stakeholders including: RM, AM, Product, Sales, Implementation and Operations to coordinate solutions.
- Liaises with overseas offices to ensure globally/regionally consistent high standards in service/solutions for global/regional clients.
Skills/experience:
- Graduate with 5-8 years’ in servicing corporate clients or in a financial institution.
- Exposure to or understanding of Cash Management products and services.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills – ability to relate to different levels of clients and internal stakeholders.
- Solution oriented and good attention to detail – and able to follow through from fact finding to final execution and keeping clients updated.
