AVP CORPORATE BANKING OPERATIONS – DOCUMENTION recruitment

The Hong Kong branch of a fast growing bank in Asia is looking for an AVP level candidate to join their Corporate Banking Operations and Credit team to primarily deal with post sanction duties including Documentation, Loan Disbursement, Credit Monitoring, Audit Co-ordination and MIS.

In a fairly autonomous role, you will work closely with the credit team and interact with lawyers, counterparties and borrowers to compete documentation; including completion of loan documentation (pre disbursement), and preparation of facility documents and ensuring adherence to conditions precedent satisfactory facility agent functions. In addition to this, you will be responsible for loan disbursement, following up on credit monitoring and administration, and preparation and submission of MIS reports.

With a minimum of 5-6 years relevant experience in a smaller banking set up in Hong Kong. You will be an independent worker and able to step in immediately and contribute to the tea. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
