AVP, Corporate Development & Strategy, Asia Pacific recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Scope and structure strategic projects and initiatives

• Develop strong understanding of businesses and perform rigorous strategic analyses and manage deliverables/projects

• Engage with senior management (e.g. Asia Pacific CEO, COO, Business Heads, Country Heads) on discussions on Asia Pacific business strategy

• Work with relevant business and functional teams on Corporate Development/MA activity, including due diligence

• Work across all business divisions (Investment Banking, Private Banking, Asset Management)

• Prepare management presentations and present findings to senior management

The role is based in Hong Kong reporting into the Head of Corporate Development Strategy, Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should have 3-5 years prior experience in banking at Credit Suisse or another top global bank, or 3-5 years prior relevant experience at a top management consulting firm.  Candidates should also have a strong interest in building a career in Asia Pacific.

Preference for candidates with spoken and written proficiency in Mandarin, although not a pre-requisite.
