AVP- Cost analytics recruitment
The purpose of the role will be to support the business through the analysis of cost drivers across various business areas and relaying such information back to the business and senior management.The successful candidate will have a real understanding and experience in managing large amount of data, improving the quality of the MI and becoming a key stakeholder to the business in highlighting key information to the business. You will be expected to foster the continuous development of best practise and build on existing relationships with other finance teams.
To be successful in this role you will be:
- A confident and mature qualified accountant with relevant experience in Cost Analytics within the Investment Banking industry.
- A track record of successfully managing and developing relationships with Senior Management, Global Heads and Stakeholders
- Must offer strong MI and excel skills, be creative with regards problem solving and identifying causes of complex issues
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple work streams
