AVP-Director, Fixed Income Product Control recruitment
Having already established a strong network of clients and potential revenue streams – along with a team and infrastructure to support this – the organisation is looking to continue the recruitment of specialists to enable further growth.
Responsibilities:
- Produce daily PL, including explain and risk sensitivities
- Perform IPV; calibrate and validate models
- Lead the design and development of infrastructure for risk and controls
- Produce reports for the fixed income business and clients
- Undertake relevant regulatory reporting
- Direct liaison with clients, business owners and other senior management
As an experienced professional, you will be a qualified accountant, with Structured Credit / Rates product exposure gained within a Financial Control / Product Control team; additionally you will possess strong knowledge of risk controls. Previous experience of working for a start up business would be useful, though it is more important you have the drive and ambition to play a big part in building a very successful business.
