AVP eCommerce Futures Client Services – SINGAPORE recruitment

Our client is looking to further expand its Electronic markets Client services offering with a particular focus on Futures and Options.

The role of the AVP will be to manage 1st line support for key clients, on-board new clients and assist clients in managing risk. You are likely to manage a small team based in Singapore. You will have at least 4 years eCommerce Client Services experience and be comfortable working closely with clients in a high pressure environment. Ideally you will have strong FO knowledge and some exposure to Algos is an advantage.
